Madonna Tour Info

MADONNA, whose new CD Hard Candy is #1 on the Billboard chart, will kick off her worldwide Sticky & Sweet tour August 23rd in Cardiff, Wales. The tour will then progress through Europe and arrive in North America October 3rd, where a new leg will begin in East Rutherford, New Jersey.  The closest show to us is 10/18--Toronto, ON, Air Canada Centre.  Right now, Madonna has dates scheduled through November 26th, but more will be added as these sell out. In addition, Madonna also plans to visit Mexico and South America during the jaunt.

Madonna's tour will begin less than ten days after her 50th birthday, on August 16th. During her last tour, in 2006, Madonna was actually onstage in London for her birthday. The Confessions tour broke the record for the highest-grossing concert tour ever by a female artist.

Tickets for the Sticky & Sweet tour go on sale starting May 16th for the European dates, and May 17th for the first American dates, and will range from 55 to 350 bucks apiece. If you're a member of Madonna's fan club, Icon, you can get first crack at tickets starting May 12th. And if you're a Citicard member, you can buy them starting May 13th.
